Das Metall-Sägeband speziell entwickelt für den Einsatz bei schwierigen Bedingungen und Werkstücken wie z.B.:
- Stark wechselnde Eingriffslängen
- Unterbrochener Sägeschnitt
- Mischung von Werkstücken
Mit dem Bayerwald BiFORCE ALLSTAR erhalten Sie ein Allround-Sägeband ideal für kleinere und mittlere Werkstückabmessungen. Mit diesem lassen sich Stahlträger, Rohre und Profile problemlos sägen. Zahnausbrüche werden durch die speziell entwickelte Struktur des Sägebandes zuverlässig vermieden - das Blatt läuft sehr vibrationsarm.
Jedes Bayerwald Bandsägeblatt wird aus hochlegiertem Federbandstahl gefertigt und verfügt über Zahnspitzen aus legiertem Schnellarbeitsstahl. Dies sorgt für eine hohe Standzeit und minimiert so die Kosten und den Zeitaufwand für die Neubestückung der Bandsäge.
